Ron Tribe

Ron Tribe was born in Surrey England in 1927 before immigrating to Canada in his youth to work for many years in the retail business. He left this career to pursue the arts by studying at the Vancouver School of Art, Capilano College and the University of British Columbia. Eventually he opened his own Pottery studio in North Vancouver. He taught at Capilano College and was an exhibitor in the landmark Retrospect 80 exhibit, celebrating 25 years of the Potters Guild of BC. Ron Tribe passed away in 2009.
